Designed and proposed
Tru3PE carries context, consent, provenance and authority through every consequential hand-off. Less drag, less hidden cost, human agency kept.
The whole idea in four steps
Context disappears between tools, teams and models. Authority and cost get hard to see, rework piles up, and the human cost stays hidden. AI over a broken workflow only amplifies that.
Persistent rails, a moving packet of work, gates that fire only at real consequence, and an append-only record. Roles and consent sit across it as an overlay, not bolted to one step.
Person keeps agency: pause, correct, refuse. Buddy transfers capability without dependency. Witness protects the record, bounded, never ambient surveillance. AI augments, routes and surfaces.
A consequential gate writes what moved, why, under whose authority, and whether it can be undone. Ordinary work moves quietly. Friction stays proportional to consequence.
Profile
Ian Daniels is the founding steward of Tru3PE. He has spent twenty years in enterprise marketing transformation, agency and client side, across airlines, retailers, insurers and research-intensive universities. He describes himself as a pattern naturalist: watch the flow of a place before you touch it, write it down, keep the receipts. He is a strategic technology adviser (pro bono to the CIO office, 2022–2026) to a national museum, where the same provenance patterns meet collections and heritage, and he writes about restraint, attestation and stewardship in a public essay series. He founded Tru3PE in Cornwall to make AI-enabled work legible across people, data, tools and decisions.
