TRU3PE

About · designed and proposed

A founding steward, and a gate.

Tru3PE is a provenance and trust venture, still in design, founded in Cornwall by Ian Daniels. It exists to make marketing work provable without making it heavier: a receipt on every piece of work, a measure that shows who contributed, and a boundary that keeps private things private.

The founder

Twenty years of reading how organisations really work.

Ian has spent twenty years in enterprise marketing transformation: agency side and client side, across airlines, retailers, insurers and research-intensive universities. He describes himself as a pattern naturalist: watch the flow of a place before you touch it, write it down, keep the receipts.

He is a trustee and strategic technology advisor to a national museum, where the same provenance patterns are being applied to collections and heritage, and he writes about restraint, attestation and stewardship in a public essay series.

The gate

Nothing goes out without three passes.

Every artefact we publish, including this site, passes a visual steward, an editorial steward and a small group of organisational-empathy peers who weigh how it lands. Their pass is the gate. It is slower than shipping and it is the point.

The register is designed and proposed. We do not make live product claims. Where we state something as observed, we say whose measurement it was and what it did not cover.

The attestation

We say how things were made.

Work that has been drafted with a model says so, names the model, and records the date it passed through. Work that is ours alone says that too. The explainer film carries its own evidence ledger and attestation; every page here will carry a line in the same convention.

Drafted under human editorial gate. Designed and proposed. Attested by Ian Daniels, founding steward.

Get in touch

One conversation, not a form.

If you allocate capital across long horizons, or you run product and demand at volume, the readiness check is the easiest first step and the explainer is the easiest first two minutes.
