Tru3PE is designed to make AI-enabled work legible across people, data, tools and decisions. It is still in design, founded in Cornwall by Ian Daniels, founding steward. Context, consent, provenance and authority are meant to travel through every consequential hand-off, with human agency kept.
The steward
Ian Daniels is an enterprise workflow architect. He configures smartphone, field journal, laptop or desktop as a terminal sync, sometimes with an air-gapped server, quantum portal or not, up to how it decays for you. He writes teams around the right order of how to do the right things in the right way in the right time. Around that sits provenance, attribution and attestation: how things transition, what state they are found in, who touched them for what reason, and how we move through the seasons in that way that feels so natural, like a breath. Or a heartbeat.
He describes himself as a pattern naturalist: watch the flow of a place before you touch it, write it down, keep the receipts. Twenty years agency and client side across airlines, retailers, insurers and research-intensive universities sit under that habit, not above it. That frontier, coalface experience warrants capturing — the years at the edge of live workflows, not only the design of them.
He is a strategic technology adviser (pro bono to the CIO office, 2022–2026) to a national museum, where the same provenance patterns meet collections and heritage, and he writes about restraint, attestation and stewardship in a public essay series.
The gate
Every artefact we publish, including this site, passes a visual steward, an editorial steward and a small group of organisational-empathy peers who weigh how it lands. Their pass is the gate. It is slower than shipping and it is the point.
The register is designed and proposed. We do not make live product claims. Where we state something as observed, we say whose measurement it was and what it did not cover.
The attestation
Work that has been drafted with a model says so, names the model, and records the date it passed through. Work that is ours alone says that too. The explainer film carries its own evidence ledger and attestation; every page here will carry a line in the same convention.
